Command Execution When the Product Is Down

When CA OPS/MVS is down:

• ADDRESS AOF commands have no effect.
• Issuing an AOF command sets the RC variable to 20.
• The external data queue contains the OPS4300I message, which reports that CA OPS/MVS could not execute the command.
