CA NetQoS ReporterAnalyzer 9.0.161 is the earliest software version that you can upgrade directly to CA Network Flow Analysis 9.1.3. If you have earlier software (CA NetQoS ReporterAnalyzer 8.3.16 Update 2 or 9.0), upgrade to 9.0.161 before you proceed.
