To request outbound transmission
Either the transmission request is accepted or an error message is issued.
Note: If the link to the region to which the transmission is being made is not active, the request is queued and scheduled when the link becomes available.
When errors are displayed for failed requests or completion statistics are displayed for completed requests, they are prefixed with a six-character field that identifies the error and the location of the region that detected the error condition.
To review the error details for a failed request, enter /FTSTS.L and enter Q (Query) against the failed transmission request.
