Shared Linkages

A shared linkage lets a command source issue commands through a target console that CA MIC selects from the console pool. CA recommends this type of linkage for most sites. Once the target console pool reaches its maximum size, CA MIC continually reassigns the least recently used target console to the current source, and then executes the command.
