Restart Manager requires SUB=MSTR
Reason:
The Restart Manager feature of CA MIM was started without the SUB=MSTR parameter. CA MIM is unable to proceed, and terminates with ABEND U40, reason 169.
Action:
Restart CA MIM with the SUB=MSTR parameter.
