5.2.9.3 WEBHPI Usage Considerations

The WEBHPI file is derived from SMF type 120 subtype 3
records.  Each record contains information from the server
interval record and one or more heap records.  Each
observation in this file contains detail information that is
aggregated at the interval level.  Multiple heap records in
one subtype 3 heap section result in multiple observations
in this file.  The average, minimum, and maximum value
elements are taken from the raw data.
