At the DETAIL timespan, this file contains performance
 information for real tape drives.  It is derived from the
 StorageTek user SMF record, subtype 20 interval record, 'RTD
 Performance Request'.  This record is produced at 15 minute
 intervals and contains utilization statistics for each real
 tape drive, including the volume of data read and written.
