5.2.3.10 Virtual Tape Volume Scratch Status File (SVTVSS)

  At the DETAIL timespan, this file records the scratch of a
 virtual tape volume from a multivolume cartridge.  It is
 derived from the VTSS user record, subtype 26, 'VTV Scratch
 Status'.  This record is produced for every scratch event.
