5.2.3.1 StorageTek VTSS Summary File (SVTSVS)

This file is a combination of several files dividing the data
into 15 minute intervals. It provides a central repository
for the most common system summary reporting needs.  It is
derived by a merge of the following detail level work files:

   o SVTVMR - Virtual Tape Volume Mount Activity
   o SVTVDR - Virtual Tape Volume Dismount Activity
   o SVTVGR - Virtual Tape Volume Migrate Activity
   o SVTVRR - Virtual Tape Volume Recall Activity
   o SVTRMR - Real Tape Drive Mount Activity

During this merge of event and interval driven data, the
observations are placed or summarized into one of the
following intervals based on the value of their end timestamp
(ENDTS):  00:00 - 14:59, 15:00 - 29.59, 30:00 - 44.59, 45:00
- 59.59.
