5.2.2.7 VTS Tape Library Config and Activity (IVTTCA)

The VTS Tape Library Config and Activity file contains
physical tape device configuration, activity, and usage
statistics for the drives in the Self Managed 34xx tape
library assigned to distributed VTSs (standalone, UI, and
secondary).  The IVTTCA file is created from statistics in
SMF type 94 subtype 1 records.

At the DETAIL and DAYS timespans, the file provides hourly
tape library statistics for each distributed VTS.
