5.2.2.1 VTS Distributed Library Activity File (IVTVDL)

The VTS Distributed Library Activity file provides
information for distributed VTSs (standalone, UI, and
secondary).  The IVTVDL file is created from statistics in
SMF type 94 subtype 1 records.

At the DETAIL and DAYS timespans, the file provides hourly
statistics for each VTS distributed library.
