1.1.3 Files

Tape library data gathered by the TMCC collector is processed
and organized into TLM component database files.

The Tape Management Catalog (TMC) Information Area contains
the following database files, providing comprehensive tape
data set, media usage, and overall tape library information:

o Tape Data Set File   TMCTMD
o Tape Volume File     TMCTMV

These files are discussed in section 5.1.2, TMC Information
Area Files.
