The Hydra Vnode Adapter Port Activity file contains
statistics on the volume of data processed through each of
the Host Bus Adapters (HBAs).  It is derived from the IBM
Virtualization Engine TS7700 Series Statistical Data, type
21, Vnode Adapter Historical Record.  This record is produced
every 15 minutes.
