3.1.6.3 Executing Batch Initiator Simulations

When you finish specifying parameters on the Batch Initiator
Simulation inquiry panel, enter the END (PF3) command.  The
inquiry is executed as a normal MICF inquiry, as described in
Section 1.4.3.5, Executing an Analysis Inquiry.
