5.2.11 NPDA Generic Alert File (SNTGAF)

The NPDA Generic Alert File (SNTGAF) quantifies, by failing
resource name and type, the total number of generic events
and alerts for all system and network resources, excluding
those for LAN resources.  The file is derived from the
NetView Hardware Monitor External Log record.
