5.2.10 NPDA LAN File (SNTLNF)

The NPDA LAN File (SNTLNF) quantifies, by failing resource
name and type, the total number of alerts (both generic and
standard), events, and statistics recorded by the NetView
Hardware Monitor for LAN resources.  The file is derived from
the NetView Hardware Monitor External Log record.
