5.2.7 NPM Link Activity File (SNTNPL)

The NPM Link Activity File (SNTNPL) quantifies transaction
response time and input and output character traffic by
physical unit so that total activity for each network link
(line) can be determined.  The file is derived from NPM SMF
records or the VM equivalent.
