5.2.3 NCP Activity File (SNTNAF)

The NCP Activity File contains data that quantifies CCU cycle
and buffer usage for each Network Control Program operating
in a communications controller (37xx).  This data is only
recorded for NCPs for which data is recorded in NPM or CA
NetSpy SMF records or their VM equivalents.
