INTENDED USE:
 
   This chart is used to show both the count and percentage
   of generic and standard alerts (detected by the NetView
   Hardware Monitor) by problem type for each zone.
 
FORMAT:
 
   This display produces a pie chart of total alerts grouped
   by alert type (e.g., permanent, performance, or temporary)
   for all resources for each zone, and for the time period
   specified in the data range.
