INTENDED USE:
 
   This chart is used to show events that are recorded
   because the percent of temporary errors to line traffic
   threshold has been exceeded, or because some other
   user-defined event has occurred.  A high or increasing
   number of events over a period of 24 hours indicates the
   need for a detailed investigation of NetView Hardware
   Monitor/NPDA data for the cluster controller identified
   in this inquiry.
 
FORMAT:
 
   This display produces a vertical bar chart of the number
   of site-defined events by cluster controller for each hour
   in the day.
