 INTENDED USE:
 
   Response objectives are established to provide measures of
   service.  This chart illustrates how close the data center
   comes to meeting the objectives for a Tivoli NetView
   Session Monitor (NLDM) defined performance class.
 
FORMAT:
 
   This display produces a vertical bar chart showing the
   percentage of time the response objectives are met within
   an hour (as measured by the 3274/3174 Response Time
   Monitor) for a given NetView Session Monitor (NLDM)
   performance class.
