5.4.12 Interface Statistics File (TCPIFS)

The Interface Statistics (TCPIFS) file quantifies statistics
for user-defined interfaces (Links or Interfaces).  The LINK
statement defines the IPv4 interface and INTERFACE statement
is used to define IPv6 interfaces.
 
This file is derived from interface statistics section of the
SMF record type 119 subtype 6 (TCP/IP Interface Statistics
record).  One interface section is recorded for each defined
link or interface that contributes to one observation in the
TCPIFS file.
