REASON:      As indicated in the message text, the IBMTCP SMF
             parameter requires an SMF record number (118 or
             119) that is not found.  You must provide this
             value to avoid further abends.

ACTION:      Edit prefix.MICS.PARMS(SNTOPS), specify the SMF
             record number referenced in the error message,
             and resubmit the prefix.MICS.CNTL(SNTPGEN).
