TYPE:        Error

REASON:      As indicated in the message text, the NETTCP SMF
             parameter requires an SMF record number (for
             example, 132) that is not found.  You must code
             a valid CA Netmaster for TCP/IP SMF record
             number in the range of 128 - 255.

ACTION:      Edit prefix.MICS.PARMS(SNTOPS), specify the SMF
             record number referenced in the error message,
             and resubmit the prefix.MICS.CNTL(SNTPGEN).
