TEXT:        ORGSYSID STATEMENT FOUND OUT OF ORDER.

TYPE:        Error

REASON:      The ORGSYSID statement of the SNTOPS parameter
             must follow either the NETWRKID, DATA SOURCES,
             IBMTCP SMF, NETSPY SMF, or NETTCP SMF statement.

ACTION:      Code the ORGSYSID in a proper order as mentioned
             in the REASON section above.
