5.4.11 Storage Statistics File (TCPSTG)

The Storage Statistics (TCPSTG) file quantifies Extended
Common Service Area (ECSA) statistics.  The ECSA is allocated
using ECSALimit parameter of GlobalConfig command where as
authorized private storage is allocated using POOLSIZE
parameter.
 
This file is derived from storage statistics section of the
SMF record type 119 subtype 5 (TCP/IP Statistics record).
