5.4.2 Telnet Client File (TCPCTN)

The Telnet Client File (TCPCTN) quantifies TCP/IP Telnet
client activity.  A Telnet client is a user of Telnet
services provided by the server.
 
This file is derived from SMF record types 118 and 119.  In
SMF record 118, the Telnet Client data record is identified
by characters 'LGON' or 'LGOF' at offset 21.  In SMF record
type 119, it is the subtype 23 (TSO Telnet client termination
record).
