5.4.1 Telnet Server File (TCPSTN)

The Telnet Server File (TCPSTN) quantifies TCP/IP Telnet
server activity. The Telnet server provides a service to the
client by transmitting data back and forth to the client.
 
This file is derived from SMF record types 118 and 119.  In
SMF 118, the Telnet Server data record is identified by
characters 'LOGN' or 'LOGF' at offset 21.  In SMF record type
119, it is the subtype 21 (TN3270 Telnet server SNA session
termination record).
