5.2.22 VTAM Global Data File (SNTVGB)

The VTAM Global data (SNTVGB) File contains data that
quantifies VTAM global information used for VTAM startup
options, VTAM CPU usage, VTAM pages in and out, storage
allocated, etc.  The data is selected from Netview
Performance Monitor (NPM) SMF record type 28 subtype X'D6'.
