5.2.20 VTAM Buffer Pool Data File (SNTVBS)

The VTAM Buffer Data (SNTVBS) File contains data that
quantifies VTAM buffer pool activity.  The data is selected
from CA NetSpy SMF record subtype "B" and/or Netview
Performance Monitor (NPM) SMF record type 28 subtype X'D7'.
