5.2.16 NCP Network Accounting File (SNTNAC)

The NCP Network Accounting File (SNTNAC) quantifies network
traffic statistics by user-defined account codes.  This file
is derived from either the CA NetSpy network accounting
record or the NPM SMF type 28 record (Network Session
Accounting/Network Gateway Accounting).
