5.1.6.7.1 Prerequisites

 MICF Web Publishing has the following requirements:
 
 o Available space in a Hierarchical File System (HFS)
   directory.
 
 o A Web browser that supports frames and Javascript.  This
   includes Netscape V5 or higher and Microsoft Internet
   Explorer V5 or higher.
