5.2.4 SMF User TSO Activity File (BAT_TS)

The SMF User TSO Activity File (BAT_TS) quantifies user TSO
resources, load, and usage consumed during TSO sessions in
the DETAIL timespans, and total usage in the summary
timespans.  It contains one record for every TSO step
completion or TSO step interval completion, and is derived
from the type 30 record (subtypes 2, 3, and 4).

NOTE:  This file is a parallel file of the BATPGM file, so
       its elements are the same as those of the BATPGM file.
