5.3.13.3 VMXCHC Usage Considerations

The VMXCHC File contains up to one observation per CHPID, to
a maximum of 256, per interval.  If a system does not have
256 CHPIDs with devices attached, an option is available at
the unit level to discard observations for these CHPIDs.  See
Section 10.1.9 for more information.
