6.4.10 DEXSUS DISK QUOTA Records

The DEXSUS DISK QUOTA Records begin with a type 32 separator
record.  This record contains the device name and device
class determined from F$GETDVI.  The measurement records
following this separator are the output from the VMS SYSMAN
Utility command:  DISKQUOTA SHOW * /DEV=dev.
