6.3.9 IO Record

The IO record contains data describing the operation of the
I/O subsystem.  Its record type is 4.

This record contains data on direct I/Os, buffered I/Os,
files opened, page reads, read I/Os, page writes, write I/Os,
inswaps, free page count, modified page count, and other
related data elements.

Data from this record is written to the DEMSPR file.
