3.1.2 Weekly IMS Management Objective Reports
The weekly objective reports help management determine if
primary IMS processing objectives are being met. Five
one-page charts illustrate the weeks activity by prime-time
hour within day of the week in reference to established
hourly objectives for short, medium, and total response,
transaction load, and availability.
A hour of the day selection facility is provided, so that the
weekly reports may reflect the entire 24 hours of each day or
a user specified range.
Hourly Selection Range for Weekly Reports: The start and end
hours of the day to be included in the Weekly IMS Reports.
It is suggested that the hours be set to include the prime
time period of the day (08 18).
_IMSWLHR and _IMSWHHR define the low and high hours,
respectively, of the days for selection of the IMS
activity to be reported in the weekly reports.
