3. Maintenance Policies and Procedures

CA MICS is a large system, with millions of lines of code and
thousands of modules in several libraries.  Maintenance of
such a large system would be impossible without strict
guidelines on the method and content of maintenance
application.

This chapter presents the policies and procedures that
have been defined for maintenance of the CA MICS product.
