6.3.1.1 Resource Usage Records
Account records for resource consumption that are produced by
the CP are created when a virtual machine:
a) logs off the system,
b) changes its account number dynamically,
c) is the subject of a CP ACNT CLOSE command.
Records produced by the subject of a CP ACNT CLOSE command.
Records produced by RSCS are created when a spool file is
successfully transmitted to its destination (or to the next
intermediate node on its route). VCNA records are created
when a virtual machine relinquishes control of a VCNA
controlled terminal either by logoff or disconnect.
Network Data Transmissions Records (type 0C) are produced
for any virtual machine user when their user directory
option specifies NETAccounting or NETRouter.
