6.3.3 CLUSTER Record


The CLUSTER record contains data describing clusterwide CPU,
memory, and locking activity.  Its record type is 19.  Note
that when CLUSTER records are requested, DISK and MODES
records are also recorded even if not explicitly requested.

This record contains data such as CPU busy, free list size,
and a number of lock request counters.

Data from this record is written to the DEMSPR file.
