 INTENDED USAGE:

   The Weekly IDMS Service Reports monitor IDMS response time
   trends in a seven-day period (excluding weekends) and
   identifies any hour between 8 a.m. and  5 p.m. when
   service falls below a user-defined management objective.

    o   days to be excluded
