The Weekly Processing Charges by Invoice Category (Color)
inquiry produces a vertical bar chart showing the total
charges processed during the preceding seven days for any or
all high-level cost cost centers.
INTENDED USE:
The bar chart shows each day's charges for any high-level
cost centers by Invoice Category.
DATA SOURCE (file/timespan):
ACTLGR - Ledger File at the DAYS timespan.
DATA ELEMENTS USED:
COSTCTRn - User-Defined Cost Center Codes
INVCCAT - Invoice Categories
LGRCHG - Amount Billed
RCPTYPE - Financial Recap Type
HOW TO PRODUCE THE REPORT:
o Enter the CA MICS Workstation Facility (MWF).
o Choose option 2, CA MICS Information Center Facility
(MICF).
o Choose option 2, Database Inquiries.
o Select ACTCW2, whose Catalog Group is FINANCE.
o Complete the Execution-Time Parameters panel illustrated
below. (If you are not familiar with MICF, see the
CA MICS MICF Reference Guide.)
