NSCHED Process Goes into RWMBX State

The following conditions determine the run time for a job:

Jobs run when the specified scheduler is accessible AND

• scheduled time is in the past
• all dependencies have been met
• there are available job slots

OR

• there is a manual request to run the job and
• there are available job slots

OR

• the job is an SJOB or TJOB and
• the related job is stalled or timed out and
• there are available job slots
