SYS$NODE Incorrectly Defined

Agent errors can occur if the logical name sys$node is incorrectly defined. Check sys$node on the agent node to make sure the logical name:

• is defined.
• ends in two colons (::).
• does not start with an underscore (_).
• is the same as the IP nodename.

If the DECnet nodename and the IP nodename differ, edit SYS$SYSTEM:NSCHED$AGENT_RUN.COM to define sys$node as a process logical name with the IP nodename for its value.
