SORT DATE, JOB NAME
This sample statement sorts records into order by job name within the run date. The report contains all records for May 1 followed by those for May 2, etc. For any given date, records are in alphanumeric order by job name.
SORT DATE(D), JOB NAME
This example is the same as above, except that the report lists records for May 2 before those for May 1, etc. Jobs are still listed in ascending order, from A-Z, 0-9 as before.
