Example 1

SORT CHARGE CODE, JOB NAME, STEP NAME
BREAK CHARGE CODE, JOB NAME
LIST CHARGE CODE, JOB NAME, STEP NAME, ELAPS TIME

These statements produce a report like the following:

NETWORK     ORIGIN     RECORD                          DATE        ID          LOC ID     COUNT                      ------------    -------    -------    ------ 31 AUG 1994     ZNET        CPU-B        126                      31 AUG 1994     ZNET        CPU-A        967                                                           ------- NETWORK ID TOTAL     31 AUG 1994     ZNET                   1,093 31 AUG 1994     YARSCS1     CPU-A        878                      31 AUG 1994     YARSCS1     CPU-A      1,089                      31 AUG 1994     YARSCS1     CPU-A      1,403                                                           ------- NETWORK ID TOTAL     31 AUG 1994     YARSCS1                3,370 DATE TOTAL           31 AUG 1994                            4,463

Without the BREAK statement, the report would be an uninterrupted listing of step records. The only totals would be the grand totals for the run at the end of the report.
