JARSWZ04: Summary Report

JARSWZ04 creates a report that summarizes the report produced in JARSWZ03. Only the control break and grand totals are printed; detail print lines are suppressed. Records are selected and processed as usual, but the print step is bypassed until it reaches a control break.
