Resume Task from an Indirect Command Sequence

The Resume Menu Option 5 Indirect Commands lets you specify the statement number of an indirect command. CA InterTest for CICS immediately continues execution with that indirect command. The fast-path entry to display this menu from a breakpoint is =4.5.
