1. 응용 프로그램 서버를 중지합니다.
2. \iam_im.ear\policyserver.rar\META-INF에 있는 ra.xml 파일에서 Enabled config-property 값을 false로 설정하여 정책 서버가 사용되지 않도록 설정합니다.
3. \iam_im.ear\User_console.war/WEB-INF에 있는 web.xml 파일을 편집하고 FrameworkAuthFilter 속성을 Enabled = true로 설정합니다.

   참고: WebSphere의 경우 web.xml 파일은 WebSphere_home/AppServer/profiles/Profile_name/config/cells/Cell_name/applications/iam_im.ear/deployments/IdentityMinder/user_console.war/WEB-INF에 있습니다.

4. 응용 프로그램 서버를 시작합니다.
