症状：
TEWS を使用して「CreateOracleServerAccountTemplate」タスクを呼び出すと、以下のエラー メッセージが出力される場合があります。
エラー メッセージ： <code>500</code>
<description>Failed to execute CreateOracleServerAccountTemplate. ERROR
MESSAGE: com.ca.iam.model.IAMParseException: Not a valid IAM handle:
'UHGUSERS' ProcessStep::Unknown TabName: null ERRORLEVEL::Fatal</description>
問題は、DN TEWS で期待しているものはプロビジョニング ディレクトリにあるものではないということです。
この例は動作しません。
eTORADirectoryName=WSDLOracle4,eTNamespaceName=Oracle Server,dc=im,dc=eta
この例は動作した DN です。
EndPoint=WSDLOracle4,Namespace=Oracle Server,Domain=im,Server=Server
解決方法：
マッピングを探すには、アプリケーション サーバのログ レベルが詳細レベルに設定されていることを確認してください。 データ/パスを必要とする Identity Manager タスクを実行します。 パスはログ ファイルにあります。 「<」と「insert into IM_」を 検索すると、タスクによって渡されている属性値とパスを探す際に便利です。
